Free shipment when purchase over SGD150
For Malaysia/Indonesia shipping:
Ship by Q Express after confirmed payment
7-15 days tracking of international shipping depends on location.
Free shipment when purchase over SGD250
For Overseas shipping:
Ship by Q Express / SF Express/ DHL / Singpost after confirmed payment
10-20 days tracking of Oversea shipping depends on location

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any products purchased.
Any items exchanged must be in the same condition in which you received them.
We only accept size exchange within 7 working days.
For reasons of hygiene, accessories and inner wears may not be exchanged.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
To enhance our brand's efficiency, we now offer a pre-ordering system for all of our products. If you'd like to secure a product that is not currently in stock, please place your order as per normal and we will make the arrangements.
Please kindly note, dates are not guaranteed as delays may occur, mainly due to fabric sourcing & shipment held by customs. Your product will be shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on our internal shipment process.
Green&Style is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item. Please bear in mind that we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of sizing or cancellations. However, we will keep you updated when your pre-order items are available for shipping!
